Calipri Profile Measurement System is a state-of-the-art mobile device without any competitor designed to perform comprehensive railway component measurements quickly and accurately with laser technology. In a single, contactless operation, Calipri measures wheel profile, equivalent conicity, diameter, wheel clearance, surface defects (such as burrs and pits), circular wear, brake disc condition, tire thickness, as well as rail and switch profiles.
Measurements are completed within seconds with high precision and ease of use. Calipri features leading-edge technology and enables rapid calculation of equivalent conicity. The system is fully configurable, allowing additional measurement functions to be integrated based on user requirements. Fixed profile measurement systems are also available upon request.
